Job Title: Territory Sales Executive — Domestic
Department: Sales & Business Development
Location: Mumbai / Pune / Delhi / Ahmedabad (or your preferred cities)
Type: Full-time
Experience: 1–4 years
As a Territory Sales Executive at Dentessa, you’ll be the face of the brand in your region. You’ll work directly with dental clinics, hospitals, and distributors — introducing them to Dentessa’s product range, building lasting relationships, and driving consistent revenue growth in your territory. This is a field-heavy role for someone who genuinely enjoys meeting people and can confidently speak the language of dental professionals.
- Build and manage a portfolio of dental clinics, hospitals, and dealers across your assigned territory
- Conduct product demonstrations and clinical presentations to dentists and specialists
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets across product categories
- Identify and onboard new distributors and stockists in underpenetrated areas
- Maintain regular follow-ups with existing accounts to ensure repeat orders and customer satisfaction
- Gather and relay market feedback — competitor activity, pricing trends, product gaps — to the marketing and product teams
- Represent Dentessa at dental conferences, exhibitions, and CME events in your region
- Maintain accurate records of visits, pipeline, and conversions in the CRM
